- Cookies & Analytics Tools: We use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and browser cookies to gather site usage data automatically. See Section 7 for details.
- Phone Calls & Emails: When you call or email us, we may record or retain communications in accordance with applicable law.
- Third-Party Lead Sources: We may receive your information from licensed marketing partners who confirm they have your consent to share your data with home warranty providers. When this occurs, we use the information only to contact you about home warranty services.

We will not use your personal information for any purpose materially different from those listed above without first providing you notice and, where required, obtaining your consent.
4. TCPA: Telephone and SMS Consent
By submitting a quote request form on this Site and checking the consent checkbox, you expressly consent, pursuant to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (47 U.S.C. § 227), to receive autodialed or prerecorded telephone calls and text messages (SMS/MMS) from Rapid Home Warranty and its authorized representatives at the telephone number you provided, even if the number is listed on a Do Not Call registry.
Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
To opt out of SMS communications, reply STOP to any text message we send. To opt out of telephone calls, contact us using the information in Section 15. You may still receive non-promotional service-related communications necessary to administer your warranty plan after opting out of marketing.
5. CAN-SPAM: Email Communications
We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act. Each commercial email we send includes a clear identification that the message is an advertisement, our valid physical mailing address, and a clear mechanism to opt out of future emails. To unsubscribe from marketing emails, click the “Unsubscribe” link in any email we send, or contact us at Contact@rapidhw.com. We will process opt-out requests within 10 business days.
6. Information Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:
- Service Providers: We share data with vetted third-party vendors who support our operations, including our CRM platform (EspoCRM), email service providers, and analytics providers (Google).
